Hi! We have 2 websites where we use your BEAR Bulk Editor. On other website the editor works like a charm, but on the other almost all the useful filters and bulk edits are missing? Like product categories, product tags...  Then on the Bulk edit side have only numeric random number section. Both have the same v.2.1.4.7 version.

Share please screenshot on the site where params are missed:

  • opened tab filter
  • opened tab bulk edit

Also be sure that taxonomies which are missed existed

Also: do test on that site where params are missed:  disable all plugins exept woocommerce + BEAR and see if any difference appears

Hello Tomas

I have just only one idea that something hide by CSS that block, if you using the same code which works on one place but not on another so should be found difference. I can suggest you make an experiment: disable all plugins exept BEAR + woo and see if the issue is still there, if not, one by one enable plugins to where is the conflict. The same about wp theme.

If no luck you can share wp-admin access to that site and actual second purchase code for it in the private area
