Hi,

I had to add a new category to my store. It can be found correctly at Products -> Categories with correct product count. It can be found correctly in WOOF by category plugin. I can find new category products from the store but new category is not showing in the product filter at my store page. I've regenerated product lookup tables and cleared transients cache but no luck. How can I solve this? This is private shop so I can't give access to it.

Hi,

if I change the setting"Hide empty terms" from NO to YES new category will appear to the filter dropdown and it's count is correct but total parent category count is wrong.

Had to clear also dynamic recount cache and term cache from plugin advanced options. Now the filter is correct.

Hope I remember that next time. :)
