Meta fields -tab missing (Multisite installation)

In my multisite installation Meta fields -tab is missing. In a separate single site installation with same settings this tab is visible.
Any ideas to fix this?

User role must have"manage_options"
Thank you for replying.
This role has already had manage_options role enabled.
In fact Meta fields -tab is visible in the site B) of multisite installation with same rights, so problem is somewhere else.

Role is administrator
As mentioned, same role inside another (side) site of multisite works fine and shows Meta Fields -tab.

Problem solved,
If administrator was a superuser in multisite installation this Meta Fields -tab didn't show up in main site.
Removing super user role and using site as plain administrator fixed the problem.
