Hello, I am in despair. Is it somehow possible to tell the filter to be 2/3/4 column using shortcode? The automatic configuration works wonderfully, but unfortunately I have to create the store pages manually for various reasons, so I can't use this function.

Many thanks in advance.

Hello

you can  try  to  use  an  attribute   sid  -  woof_auto_2_columns/ woof_auto_3_columns/ woof_auto_4_columns

an example:  [woof  sid="woof_auto_3_columns"]

Hello Pablo,

unfortunately this did not work. Do you have another idea?

Hello

please  drop me  exact  link to  the  issue

Hello Pablo,

that's the link:

Hello

Please  delete  your  customization - https://share.pluginus.net/video/v20220520092808.mp4

Hello,

the customization has worked wonderfully. But now I have another question:

How can I show and hide filter properties depending on which product category is currently selected and shown by WOOT. So for example: Product A needs the properties A,B and C, but product B needs only A, B but also D. The section setting is unfortunately not helpful for me.

best regards,

Alex

Hello Alex

for example for WOOT you use Predefinition

To  filter  it  use  shortcode  [woof] with an attribute - taxonomies

and  check these options - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220531082153.png

Thank you Pablo for the help so far, you have helped me a lot.

However, I still have one question:
Is it possible to assign two representations to a filter attribute in the filter? In my case now e.g. the torque - I want the customers to be able to narrow down the torque either via a slider, or simply click on the desired torque? So I would need radio and slider for one and the same property....Is this formulated understandably?!

hello

Unfortunately, the plugin cannot split one attribute into multiple filters.

In this case, you should create another attribute (a copy of the torque)

Hello Pablo,

great thanks, I have solved it now via additional attributes.

Is there a possibility to show certain selection fields only after a selection has been made in another field?

Greetings Lex

Hello Lex

Yes. Please  read  this - https://products-filter.com/extencion/conditionals

Hi Pablo, thanks!

I've already looked at that. But I mean it more like that, that due to a certain selection INSIDE an attribute, other additional attributes show up. So: The customer selects option A in attribute A, then attribute B opens > But if he selects option B in that same attribut A, attribute C opens. Is that possible? Or is that too complex?

Or to make it quite exemplary: If the customer clicks on the"Open/Close/Stop" option in the"Function" attribute, then the"Special Wiring" attribute should appear. If, on the other hand, the customer clicks on the"DPS" option, the"DPS" attribute should open. Is this understandable? :/

Hello

Unfortunately the plugin does not have this feature.

Thank you very much.

However, what I absolutely do not understand and see as a huge weakness is the fact that in the WOOF plugin you do not have the possibility to create several different filters, similar to it is possible with WOOT.

For example, if I have one property for multiple product groups, but I want to show and hide different options in the properties in the different product groups, then that is not possible. Instead, I have to invent different properties for each category.

Or I have not yet found the corresponding function that I do not even get displayed attributes that do not exist in the linked WOOT table.

Up to now, the number of products is shown in brackets, but if I click on the option, it says"No Data", because the corresponding products do not exist in the WOOT table. If I hide the corresponding options using"exclude terms id", they are missing in the categories where I need them...

Hello

for multiple product groups - What unites these groups? The plugin needs logic by which it will remove unnecessary filter elements

Please  watch  this  video - https://products-filter.com/video#kmrp4dAsrrw  - using a shortcode, you can make a separate set of filter items
