Main Product Categories disappear when in sub-categories

hi,

how can we disable main categories from disappearing from the filter when we click on the sub-categories.

we cant to keep the main categories on the filter so that our client can quickly use them.

Also i am using premium version.

Hello

Unfortunately the plugin does not have this feature.  You need code customization. Unfortunately we do not have a ready-made solution

Hi,

You know, I have looked everywhere and so far your this plugin was the best one. I did not expect this function would be missing. A lot of websites are having this where main categories stays there. I would request you guys to think about adding a switch/check box option on the admin side allowing us to DISPLAY MAIN CATEGORIES / UPPER LEVEL CATEGORIES there or not? Also i am sure this will also enhance credibility of this plugin.
