Hi,

Today I updated the plugin and not long later I received a message from a customer stating that the website was broken. I could still view and navigate while logged into the backend (viewing front end), but when I tried on private browsing - not logged in - I had the same issue as the customer. The whole page is just a mess of numbers, letters and symbols. I realised that I had just upated this plugin this morning so I deactivated it and the website it now working again.

However, I would like to be able to use the filter on my website, as it significantly improves customer experience.

Please can you help?

Thank you for getting back to me. The plugin version is 1.3.6.1

I am my own client I suppose, I do everything website related for my business - I'm a bit of a"jump in the deep end" case though, I knew nothing at all about what to do when I started 3.5 years ago and only know what I've picked up along the way, very much NOT a developer, so I apologise for any ignorance.

No, I don't have a test site. But my site is fairly small and relatively low traffic (modelling spare parts isn't the biggest industry at the moment!).

I did a test ( I used different browsers without registration and even with VPN ) - https://c2n.me/4lbbC8z.jpg  - It seems to work correctly. Perhaps your problem was related to caching.

Thank you for your help. I have reactivated the plugin now also and it does appear to be working, which is rather strange. I will continue to check on it occasionally while not logged in, but it seems to be fixed.
