Hello Support Team,

I've just download and installed the plugin I purchased on https://themeforest.net/.

I have some issues with the settings. Firstly I'd like to turn off the function that slide the filters off the area from left and leave the filters only in the sidebar. Also, I've noticed that some filters, like category, doesn't display despite being marked in settings.
Could you have a look at the attached screenshot and assit me to fix it, please ?

category, doesn't display despite being marked in settings. - Drop  me exact  link to the  issue. Keep in mind that on the categories page, the filter will only show child categories

Dear Pablo,

I'm very appreciative for this sort of assistance.

I have some for settings issues I struggle with.

  1. Can I arrange a drop down hierarchy list for starting from the first child ? I'd like to have a parent category name fixed as a header (text) and two drop down lists for the first, second and third child accordingly.
  2. Is possible to arrange two section with hierarchy drop down lists? I neet to have some categories is seperated drop down sections/

1 This is how it will work on the category page.

2 Unfortunately, the plugin cannot split one taxonomy into several sections.

Hello Pablo,

I see. However. I'd like to remove children categories that have no products and establish a strict dependence the second list from the first one. I need the second list to display only the children of the parent selected in the first list. Now it shows everything. Please find the attached screenshots that hopefully clear up my issue. Thank you in advance
