Скажите если какой то вариант не скрывать количество товаров в выбранном фильтре?

Добрый день, скажите они же просто скрываются при активации фильтра - это происходит на js или в php - может можно просто убрать этот код ?

Вы можете удалить этот код но нет гарантии что это будет работать корректно
