Looking for a way to speed up my site, I found that when I change the page, jquery.min.js loads, making it take a long time to display the products. Is there a way to optimize this?

this library should always be loaded regardless of my plugin

you need to optimize JS file loading. You can  try  this  plugin - https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/
