Hello HUSKY Support Team,

I am writing to report a critical JavaScript functionality conflict with the WooCommerce Products Filter (HUSKY) when used on my WordPress site with the Astra Theme and WooCommerce.

We have successfully resolved CSS and visual issues ( headlines, layout and alignment), but the filter functionality is completely broken: clicking the checkboxes does not update or filter the products, it doesn't even let me interact with the checkboxes.

I have performed extensive troubleshooting using the WordPress Health Check tool, confirming that the issue is a direct conflict between HUSKY, the Astra theme, and WooCommerce. The filter fails to work even when the site has only the following components active:

  1. Astra Theme (Active)
  2. WooCommerce (Active)
  3. HUSKY - Products Filter Professional for WooCommerce (Active)

Since all core settings (AJAX and Auto-submit) are enabled, we believe this requires a specific patch or code modification to ensure HUSKY's JavaScript correctly interacts with the Astra/WooCommerce structure.

Could you please provide guidance on a known fix for this conflict or investigate the necessary code patch?

Thank you for your assistance.

Hello

Unfortunately, we haven't developed this plugin for third-party themes and can't be held responsible for third-party theme code. I'm sure another theme would work perfectly with both WooCommerce and our plugin.

What I see on your site now is that the filter is working correctly. The problem is that all your attributes are empty. You need to set up your store correctly and assign attributes to products after doing a test.

For example, the text filter works well - https://share.pluginus.net/video/v20251010223023.mp4
