I recently purchased your plugin and have been trying to configure it, but I am encountering multiple issues.

Firstly, my settings are continuously being reset. For example, on this page: https://solidsurfaces.agency6.nl/sale/, I have set up a filter to not show the total and to hide empty options. However, these settings are being reset repeatedly.

Additionally, I want to use this filter on every category page. For instance, when I select a color on this page: https://solidsurfaces.agency6.nl/categorie/rvs-kranen/rvs-accessoires/ , it redirects me to the main shop page and displays various unrelated options. This has been quite frustrating, and I hope the issue is on my end. I would appreciate any support you can provide as soon as possible.

I have send you the admin account. I bought your plugin via Codecanyon, normally I can dowload a license there but I can't find it. So can you let me know where I can find the license?

So thank you I dont see the amounts behind de options anymore so that one is working now. Only two things which are not good:

  1. I see all the options, not only the available. For example if you go to https://solidsurfaces.agency6.nl/sale/ I see all the colors. If I chose the Coper color I get the no result message.
  2.  As soon as I use the filter on category pages, for example this one: https://solidsurfaces.agency6.nl/categorie/solid-surface/ and I press any search item it is redericting to the shop page https://solidsurfaces.agency6.nl/shop/, showing wrong results.
  3. If I search on a variable shop item on the color it is also showing parent item with a different color

  1. On this page you use a custom product template with added default search query (sale). And of course the filter has no data about your template customization. you should add data for the filter on this page - https://products-filter.com/manipulate-search-data-options
  2. In Advanced->Options - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20240507134438.png
  3. Yes. because in fact the parent product has such an attribute term
