Issue with change SKU for variable products
The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. Hi, I have duplicated a variable product. When the new product i notice that the new record has copied across the SKU for the parent and variable products from the previous product. I have tried to bulk edit the variable SKU but no matter which option i use (new or replace) I seem to only get an appended result. I have watched the videos and read the documentation but there is no clear instruction on this. Can you please advise.
