Quote from tokyomagic on August 23, 2021, 19:30Found a potential bug. Any time I add a new product, update an attribute or add an attribute I have to go into WOOF settings save otherwise the filters stop working.
to add context, I use a plugin called woomultistore (https://woomultistore.com/) that allows me to manage inventory from a central site that then syncs data from stock uploads to all attached child websites. Every time I sync data from my main website the filters I have running on my child site stops working. It starts working again when I go to the settings page a click save.

I did a test - (the link to the video is in private data) - https://c2n.me/4ddupwA.mp4
It looks like it has nothing to do with my plugin. Most likely this is some type of caching. And this cache is cleared when the page update hooks are executed

Quote from tokyomagic on September 3, 2021, 18:54There are three points of chaching that I can find.
One is a plugin called SiteGround Optimizer which I have had turned off since i started building the site, helps with page refreshes and seeing new content.
The second is done on the server (hosted with siteground) using NGINX DIRECT DELIVERY. I have turned that off, tested again and the issue still persists.
The third is also done on the server and is called Dynamic Cache (https://my.siteground.com/support/kb/siteground-dynamic-caching-configuration/). The cache system has no option of turning it off.
I also don't understand how saving the plugins settings would flush a website cache.
Paul.

Quote from tokyomagic on September 3, 2021, 19:00I also use XforWoocommer product filters on two other sites that are linked into woomultistore on the alsalf site. That filter system is unaffected by updating stock levels through woomultistore on those sites. I am keen to use WOOF on these two other sites as the plugin is easier to setup and has more options than the X filter plugin, but with the current behaviour it is showing it is effectively a broken plugin which means I wont be able to use it on those other sites.

Quote from tokyomagic on September 15, 2021, 16:43Hi Pablo,
thank you for the reply. Ive done more testing and I have worked out it has something to do with woomultistore, so I am currently talking to them to try and find out what is going on with their sync process that causes woof to break.
