Hi! I made a comment in the envato page. I am having some issues:

  • In the mobile version, everything is visible. My page is live, so it is disabled in the main shop, but I made this separate page with the mobile settings (mobile_mode=-1 sid=’mymob’): https://escoriajoyeria.com.mx/prueba-filtros/
  • My category pages are not filtering products with the current category (I have show count, dynamic recount and hide empty terms in YES.), example:  https://escoriajoyeria.com.mx/product-category/caracteristicas/bisagra/
  • This last issue happened since the installation of the full plugin: the price filter goes to a no results page in the main shop, it works in secondary pages, but I guess I am having some conflict with ajax, I have NO to ajax in the options page, but with the parameter is_ajax=1 in the shortcode in order to work, but that happens in the main shop. I am going to disable the price slider for the moment. I have been turning off plugins, changing templates and cant make it work. It was working in the free version, maybe there is a setting making trouble, but cant find it.

Thanks

Hello

Please watch  this  video - https://products-filter.com/video#beGT6p_look

  1. Not sure what you want with your settings but try this  mobile_mode=1 sid='mymob'
  2.  I did  a  test - https://share.pluginus.net/video/v20220524102949.mp4 - it looks like it works correctly
  3.  try  to do a  test  with  native  woo  price  filter

You  can  drop me  wp-admin access - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130558.png ->  https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130637.png

Hi, thanks for your reply.

  1. I want the button on mobile to show/hide the filters. If I use mobile_mode=1 sid='mymob' it just disappears in mobile, there is no button or filters, with -1 it puts the button, but everything is visible.
  2. Yes, the filters work, but the woof products listing has all the products, I want to display only the current category products in the listing.
  3. But it uses a different layout, I had another filter plugin and the price worked with the normal shop template. Before the complete install of this plugin, the free version worked too (with the [woof_products]  shortcode), that is why I thought it was a setting somewhere, but cant find the problem :(

Hello

  1. Please  do a test
  2. Provide a link to the search result and indicate the products that should not be displayed
  3. Please do a test, we should check if this is a conflict with a third party script
  1. That worked, thank you!
  2.  In this link for example, you see the products filtered: https://escoriajoyeria.com.mx/tienda/?swoof=1&product_cat=bisagra And in here, the category template doesn't display the filtered results for the current category, in this case as the example: https://escoriajoyeria.com.mx/product-category/caracteristicas/bisagra/
  3.  I did the test, but it doesnt show, found out that for it to show in a page made by a builder, you need to use a plugin like this one. A detail that happens is that the price filter works fine if it isn't in the principal shop page, like the categories template. But in the main shop, the price filter takes you to a not found page.

Regarding the price filter issue, I am having some big problem. I have pointed towards being an ajax issue. I need ajax for everything to work. The detail I havent seen before is that if I enable ajax in the shortcode and disable the price filter that doesnt work on the main shop. After I use the filter, it disables the select options and add to cart on shop.

On the other side, if I disable ajax in shortcode to avoid conflict, the filter skips my templates. I am about to despair. My client is in panic, I am going to switch everything back for the shop to work.

Can something be done to fix these issues?

Hello

2 -  Category page shows all products because that's how you set it up. please  try  to watch  video - https://products-filter.com/video#kmrp4dAsrrw  Use  attribute  taxonomies - https://products-filter.com/shortcode/woof_products

3 - it means the current theme is not compatible with woocommerce

Maybe it's a problem with your customizations. My test - https://share.pluginus.net/video/v20220526123610.mp4

2. I am thinking that it is intended to be done manually for each taxonomy? which is not viable.

3. Although I didnt understood your last video. No, it is completely compatible. Everything else works fine.  Installed another plugin and works fine with the theme, price filters and all, so even the customizations have no issue.

I imagine the global answer is a no. Thank you very much for your time.

Hello

2 ok! then use the standard way to display products in a category

3  In the video, I showed that the page does not load even when my plugin is disabled.

Hi

2. The page uses a template for the category pages, it displays the products according to the current category. The standard way doesnt work because instead of using the template´s product listing, it was using the woof listing.

3 I understand the video now, thank you. It doesn't show anything because that is a blank No Result page, I dont know why it is been called with the plugin.

I really liked the plugin, it has amazing features, unfortunately it has these serious issues when working with it. I have reversed all the changes and put another plugin, I kindly ask you for a refund, I still need to resolve the functionalities required for my client´s page.

Hello

2)  You are using a shortcode on the archive page. To make the shortcode display the category by default, use the attribute - taxonomies. This is described in the documentation - https://products-filter.com/shortcode/woof_products  If this does not suit you, use the standard page archives.

3) , I dont know why it is been called with the plugin. - this has nothing to do with my plugin, and this is what I showed on the video (my plugin is disabled).  Looks like you have a problem with your custom code

unfortunately it has these serious issues when working with it.  - My plugin works correctly! All these problems are the result of incorrect settings and a conflict with your customization( as you can see from the posts above ).

I kindly ask you for a refund - Unfortunately, you need a reason to get the refund.

Hi

2. Yes, I am using the shortcode. In your documentation there is a way to display a Specific category, not the current category, which is dynamic. As I said before if it is intended to be done manually for each taxonomy, is not viable. The site uses a template, not the archive.

3. In your video you show that after disabling the plugin, you refresh the No Result page and of course it would... only refresh the no Result page. It has to do with your plugin. If you want to see the page work normally, please enter again, it works just fine with the plugin from WooBeWoo, so it is not the template or customization.

It malfunctions in my site. I dont see any solution or reason on the posts above. I configured another plugin in 5 minutes, works perfectly. Can you tell me what was wrong with the settings as you say? About the customization, it works fine with everything else, I am using various plugins, the last one, another filter plugin and it works.

The reason I ask the refund is because it has major issues in my site, which only appear with your plugin.

Hello

2)  Not! The shortcode has only the functionality that is described in the documentation.   As I said before if it is intended to be done manually for each taxonomy, is not viable  - Yes, but you chose this solution.

3)   you refresh the No Result page and of course it would... only refresh the no Result page. It has to do with your plugin.  - ???? how is it possible if i disabled my plugin? In the video, I showed that the standard request for any price filter - causes the same error

I dont see any solution or reason on the posts above.  - Yes, but these problems are not related to my plugin. 2 - The reason is that you don't want to customize the shortcode how it should work and how it is described in the documentation.  3 - This error happens with any request even without my plugin. As I said, if you use the woocommerce native price filter, the result will be the same

Hello

2.  Yes, but you chose this solution. - As if I had another option. How many questions for you to give something near an straight answer. Unbelievable.

3.In the video you show refreshing the no result page. If you bother to read the messages I have sent to you, and I would be amazed that you dont really know, I told you that with the builder by itself, you need a plugin for it to work. So, refreshing a no result page will still give a no result page.

Yes, but these problems are not related to my plugin. - You say.

Regarding point 2, I understand now that your plugin lacks a function like that. It is not a viable solution when you have a lot of taxonomies, of course I don't want to customize one by one. Fair enough, that would be my luxurious desires. What is terrible is the lack of clarity about it.

Regarding point 3. See reason above. And you seem to have skipped how it works fine with another plugin. You can check it in the site or here: https://escoriajoyeria.com.mx/tienda/?wpf_min_price=377&wpf_max_price=3600

So how is that it works now? if it is the customization, can you please tell me how? and which settings are wrong? I still await an answer.

Thank you for your time.

Hello

3)  Please pay attention to the request text : wpf_min_price AND  wpf_max_price  - These are custom keys. I wrote to you about the standard request, about the functionality that is built into woocommerce:  min_price  AND max_price. This should work (on a properly configured site) without third party filters - because it's the native woocommerce filter.  What I showed you on my video - your customization conflicts (incompatible) with Woocommerce. And this is not my fault, we are not responsible for third-party code
