Hello, I have installed your plugin for the filter. I am facing some issue and I need guidance on some points.

  1. The include or exclude terms option is not working. I want to show a filter option for particular categories but the include terms checkbox is not working.
  2. I want to show only the selected category on the page. Suppose I choose necklace then only the necklace will shown in the left side filter category listing items.
  3.  I want to show different colour options for different categories.
  4. The product image quality of the shop page listing is  blurry. I have checked that there is a height and width in the image. How can I remove this?

Please help it's urgent!

Hello

1 Please drop me screenshot of your settings

2  In this case you should use the standard category pages (archive)

3 On the category page with these settings - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20240910103034.png , the filter will show only relevant items.

4 You'd better contact the template author's support

  2. I am using the standard archive page. But I need the other filter option too. Suppose I choose necklace category then only the selected category will show.

1  it doesn't work like that. this is the field for the ID of the current taxonomy. That is, hide specific terms of this filter

2 Please drop me exact link to the issue.  You can try this plugin - https://wordpress.org/plugins/woof-by-category/
