The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. I realize this is not support for installation, however the plugin is stating"The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found." I had no issue installing the free version before the last Wordpress major update. I can copy the files over to the directory, however I purchased the plugin and would expect it to install through the standard method, and fear issues with manual installs.
