If you enter in an incorrect password or username on the my account page the error message for a missing/incorrect password fails to show. I narrowed it down to the WOOF Products Filter Plugin. When deactivated, the message appears fine. Please advise thanks!

Can you test  it  with  another theme?

Sorry, I really can't test it with another theme. Would you be able to look into this issue further? Otherwise, I will likely need to switch to a different filter plugin.  Thanks

Unfortunately I can't research this when all my test sites (4 test sites and 2 demos) with different settings and themes don't have this error.   also my plugin has no code that can affect this.

Perhaps this is a conflict with the current theme or your customizations

You can try  to inatall and  set up this plugin - https://wordpress.org/plugins/error-log-monitor/  - and check if there are PHP errors when the user enters invalid data
