This is the case:

I had the free version of Woof woocommerce products filter. Afterwards I bought the paid version for 39 dollars. It was impossible to add the purchase code on the free version. No obvious field to fill in. So I deleted the free version and downloaded the paid plugin. Tried to install it but I got the following message:

Cannot install plugin: woocommerce-products-filter/ext/image/js/html_types/image.js

What does this mean? do I need to remove something? If so, where do I remove it?

So please tell me: how do I install this plugin?

I have removed the entire plugin from the FTP server. After trying to install the plugin via Wordpress I get the following message:

Folder could not be created: /home/lavernal/domains/lavernaliving.nl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-products-filter/ext/turbo_mode/helpers

Even after deleting it all still not possible to install. What seems to be the case here?

When looking at the FTP server"after trying to install" I can see all other maps are there (except for map"helpers"). In Wordpress no plugin is visible.

For some reason after installing your plugin I am not able to install any plugin anymore... All was working great before I used your plugin.

PLEASE FIX MY PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!

And now I can't even restore my backups anymore. Please help me.

I fixed the problem myself. After fixing the issue I could install properly.
