Hi,

WOOF is a nice and important tool for our website and had no issue till now.

We have installed Version 2.2.5.5  (woocommerce-products-filter.zip) and then suddenly filter does not work at all (no display of the filtered results).

Any idea how to solve it ?

I see some answers for later posts so maybe something is wrong in my question.

I bought the pro version, only updated according to Envato email and obviously I should not have.

It worked so fine and now it is down.

Please just tell me what should I do to get it solved or to whom I should ask.

Well, I am now a bit concerned about support of this plug-in.

I have got an email from Envato to download new version of WOOF which I did and then WOOF filtering does not work at all.

As mentioned, WOOF is an important tool for the website. Just tell me what should I do (pay for renew my support,...).

I just need to know !

Have you an advice to speed up the filtering. I check several options (your turbo,...) but do not see anything going faster.
