Infinite scrolling not working on search results

I have installed infinite scroll (YITH Infinite Scrolling Premium) instead of pagination on live site shop. The infinite scroll doesn't work on Ajax filter . Is there a work-around for this issue?

With other filter options it works fine, only when the ajax custom search is used by customers the loading gif disappears and the console gives the following error:
jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:4 GET /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?paged=2 400 (Bad Request)
