Using the multi drop-down filter type (and with counting enabled), the wrong piece counts are displayed for each category/attribute. This is usually much less than the actual number of items, but I have not been able to find out what could be causing the miscalculation.

What could be the problem?

Hello

It may depend on your template. Or the search cache is not cleared

Drop me exact link to the issue.

Hi,

here is the link of the page with issue: https://eurotrade.hu/jarmu/

You can check it: the quantities under the icons are the real data (they are displayed by a custom function), on the other hand, the filter shows completely different and not real numbers: https://imgur.com/a/ZFfpQz0

Search cache cleared, and the template is the same as before. And it worked perfectly before, only to break down after an update.

Hello

Please drop me wp-admin+ftp access - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134241.png ->  https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134615.png - I will check it

Hi,

Thank you! I gave you WP admin and FTP access.

Please be extremely careful, because this is a live website, it can't go down!

Thanks in advance!

Hello

Our developer will check it on Monday.

Thank you, I am looking forward to it!

Hello

Now it works correctly - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20241118133600.png

You are using turbo mode and the problem may have been that the search file was not up to date.

So if I turn off turbo mode, will it work fine in all cases?

Hello

After changing products you should regenerate the search file

Hi,

If the WordPress Cron period is set to immediate, shouldn't it be updated automatically?

Hello

Yes, it will be updated. You have several options to choose from - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20241120104543.png

It's just strange to me because it was set up before, but for some reason it didn't work... Anyway, luckily it seems to work now! Thank you!

Great! Welcome;)
