include exclude manager not working

I just entered the site, and HUSKY dashboard works well there. Please by screens describe me what is wrong. Also - I see 2 products filter plugin installed on your site - they will be in conflict as used the same hooks

I try to include categories but it don't work
Go to filters preset/categories and clic on configure
You will see that you cannot add any item

What idea I have, there were js issue, you fixed it, but its still in browser cache, please reset browser cache https://pluginus.net/how-to-reset-page-cache-in-the-browser/
