Quote from timwakeling on September 11, 2023, 16:01Hi - I'm very pleased with the filters I've been able to add using your product.
But just one seems not to be working: the "In stock" tick box. For example on this category:
https://lgm.timwakeling.co.uk/product-category/hazardous-area/hazardous-area-detectionWhether you tick the box or not, all products show.
The other filters do seem to be working correctly - just this one isn't.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Describe in more detail which filter I should use and which product should disappear from the search result (attribute+instock)
but before that please update the data table - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230912122805.png

I've added my details to the private section.
To replicate the problem, go here:
https://lgm.timwakeling.co.uk/product-category/marine-and-offshore/marine-and-offshore-detection/marine-and-offshore-detection-conventional/Tick "In Stock", and this should eliminate the first item, which has a price of £5 and a stock of zero. But it does not.
Any ideas?
Thank you.

"In Stock" - this filter excludes products that have the status: "out of stock" But this product has the status: "On back-order" - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230913115914.png
My test - https://c2n.me/4jkXSGr

Quote from timwakeling on September 13, 2023, 11:13Ah, so a product which is out of stock, but can be backordered, counts as "in stock". That's odd but I do understand why it works that way!
Can I suggest a future feature idea that the "In stock" option should have the possibility to exclude backorders as well, as from a user perspective when ticking that they will expect that what they now see are products physically present in the warehouse ready to order. :)
In the meantime I'll make it work this way by hiding your backorder tick box with CSS and triggering it via JS when "In stock" is ticked. That'll sort it.
Many thanks for your assistance.

Quote from timwakeling on September 13, 2023, 11:21Interesting ... if I enable Turbo Mode, the "In stock" option now works just as I described above! It also hides backorder products.
If I disable Turbo Mode again, it goes back to working the way it did before.
