'In Stock' filter wrongly hides certain product variations

Hi,
I want to see all the products in size 'MS' or 'ML' which are in stock but there is an issue with the 'in stock' filter option.
So if I select filter for size 'MS' and 'ML' and then select 'in stock' it doesn't show me the records where both MS and ML variations exist but only one variation is stock.

if the product has at least one attribute(MS or ML ) out of stock - the filter will exclude this product from the result
With this filter behavior how do I get the products which are of size 'MS' or 'ML' which are in stock.

you need code customization. Unfortunately we do not have a ready solution.
