As for the items that should only be shown on in stock, the items that have the next day icon since they are the icons that have stock

For example this product does not have this icon - https://c2n.me/4gKYL32.png - but this product is available for order and does not have"Out of stock"
Perhaps you are using"On Backorder" - So use - https://products-filter.com/extencion/exclude-backordered
Is there anyway to change the text on that filter item?
I have disabled 2FA if you wanted to look on.
