  1. The website work's very well, but if we activate the filter "Vehiculos" the site automatic come very slow in all searches.
  2. If you deactivate the filter all come normal and goo again. We try to find de reason but we don't can do it, we have any idea about the issue.
  3. Please tell us if you know what happen or what we made bad.

Hello

https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220426102111.png - That's a lot of terms. But in your case it should not slow down the site because this filter is not displayed

Can  you  add FTP access? I will do research

Ok sure, I am not displayed the filter right now, but I want to activate the filter because we want to show the Tire Finder trought car model search. But the problem is, if I active the filter the page come slow.

In this case, you say that are a lot of terms, ok, maybe do you have an idea for improve the time? or another method for structure the terms?

This is an open forum, always use the private data fields to transfer access. I highly recommend changing this FTP access as soon as possible
