I wanted to use the text in the "slug" and remove Dash as the text in another field

Hi,

Is it possible to use any 'text' inside the slug field and then remove the dash"-" and replace it with blank so it will be the text to be used in another field? Like a formula.

e.g. slug is"my-slug-here" and another text will be"my slug here" as the text in another field. Almost like an excel formula.
