Hi,

I am experiencing an issue with the HUSKY WooCommerce Product Filter.
When I try to use the filters:
• The page does not update the products
• Clicking the “Filter” button does nothing
• Sometimes the page reloads the homepage instead of showing the filtered products

I have already checked:
1. Permalinks are updated (/%postname%/)
2. Products have attributes assigned and are visible
3. Shortcode is correct with valid term IDs
4. Theme is WooCommerce compatible and tested on a new Shop page
5. Cache and optimization plugins are disabled (Autoptimize, LiteSpeed Cache, WP Rocket)
6. WooCommerce and HUSKY are updated to the latest version
7. Tested on a clean page with minimal shortcode [woof is_ajax='1'] → same issue

Even using the Storefront theme and a new page without a page builder, the filter still does not work.

Browser console: No major JS errors, but AJAX does not trigger.

I would like support to understand:
• If the issue could be related to server configuration, PHP version, or a known plugin bug
• What steps I can take to make the filters work correctly

Hello Allegra

Please provide me with knk to the site. You can use secter are of this ticket. What I think it is javascript issue, but you described it is not. Try please in shortcode set autosubmit 1 and see will it work or not.

Hello Allegra

I just entered the site and not found HUSKY filter there, according to site code its disabled. If you want to resolve the issue, and at the same time secure your site, I understand that's why you disabled the filter, create on test subdomain clone of your site using https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ and in the private area of this ticket provide please access wp-admin+ftp to that clone site
