Hello,

In a previous conversation we discussed an issue with the product filter plugin.

In advance lets define two terms as in the previous conversation this appeared to be an issue during communication.

Sorting - ordering the products by some value, for example sorting the products from lowest to highest price.

Filtering - filtering the products by some value, for example filtering products with a set parameter or a range of such.

In our previous ticket we had an issue that caused a product page that has been sorted by price to break when the user visits the second page - the sorting stops working and the products are NOT ordered by price.

The proposed solution was to change this: \wp-content\plugins\woocommerce-products-filter\ext\url_request\js\url_parser.js on line 95 to link = new_url + 'page/' + woof_current_values.page + '/'+ search_request_url + vars + hash

This fixed this exact issue but we found some new ones that appeared right after the change.

1. When product pages containing 24 products are filtered the products displayed are 12.

2. When a product filter is set: price from 0 - 200$ and the page is sorted by price: low to high price and the user visits the second page of products the visualization of the product filter price is reset. The products are still filtered to a max of 200$ but the indicator is reset and gives a full range value, showing to the customers that they have lost this filter.

3. When products are filtered the page showing the results is not brought back to top and the users are looking at the footer of the website if the filter they used was low on the page.

You can see all of the aforementioned issues in this page: https://revolvetuning.co.uk/product-category/engine/

Plugin version is latest.

Wordpress version is latest.

DIVI version is 4.25 but we saw no effect when changing the theme version to latest 4.27.1 or changing to a lower version.

We can provide both Admin and FTP access if needed.

Best regards,

AlphaBest
