HUSKY Slider Element disappears (sometimes) after one limit is selected.

I really like your Husky product filter plugin. However, I am having problems with the slider element. In some cases when one limit (min or max) is selected, the slider disappears. In our shop page, https://cpcscientific.com/shop/, when one range one limit is selected, the slider disappears not allowing us to further define the range. When this problem occurs, we see a list of 'molecular weights' (see below) filters displayed as on the top of the page.
Molecular Weight Range:
4600, 4700, 4900, 5000, 5100, 5200, 5300, 5400, 5700, 5900, 6000
On the other hand, the slider seems to work when I first select a product category (Product categories dropdown). In case, after I select any category, the slider works as expected, doesn't disappear, and allows for further refinement the range. When the slider works, we see the 'molecular weight range' (see below), instead of the long molecular weight range list (see above).
Molecular Weight Range: from 300 to 1800
Can you please help us resolve this irregular behavior of our slider?

However, I still don't understand where to place the license key. I received a purchase code and don't see anywhere within the plugin to place a key. Can you please provide more detailed instructions?
