I use the products filter only for antenna specifications but when it's on it suppresses my other product results.

• I turned all plugins off then back on one by one. There is a conflict with the elementor product archive pages that populate the other products.

• I've tuned it off for now and you will see that the other products populate

Website is https://dengyousa.com/shop/

I also have a screen capture with a video showing the conflict here along with settings for the antenna page: https://dengyousa.com/husky-screen-shots/

Still waiting for the server to catch up to add the other movie-hoping you can see the issue with what I have already.

Hello

Please paste your license key here - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134241.png -> https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134511.png

Very strange. My plugin should not affect the display of products until there is a search query.

Where do I find that?

I did contact elementor prior to adding this support ticket and this is what they told me:

"I've visited your website and inspected the settings. Because the Editor preview in the archive template looked correct, I suspected that the issue was related to a third-party plugin conflict. After deactivating all your plugins except Elementor and WooCommerce, I was able to see subcategories on category pages.

Enabling third-party plugins one by one helped me identify the culprit for this issue as the Husky Products Filter Professional for WooCommerce plugin. Please inform the third-party plugin developers about the issue. While waiting for them to fix the problem, keep the conflicting plugin deactivated or look for an alternative solution to replace those features."

Please describe step by step what I should do to get the error

All you have to do is turn on the plugin that will produce the error.

I tried it again and the connectors (one example ) were no longer visible.

I've updated my support. Now nothing is working. I don't get any results for product filter or any other products. Please take a look at:  https://dengyousa.com/shop/ to see what I mean. When you click on any of those products nothing is found. Specifically the filter is used here: https://dengyousa.com/antenna/ when you click on any of the products alone - nothing shows up. When you use the search filter still nothing shows up. When I turn off the filter plug in everything shows up. Please advise. Thank you so very much for your help.

For the antenna example of no search results: If I want to see 4 and 8 port options I get a result of nothing but clearly there are product for both those requirements. If I only select 4 port I get results. If I only select 8 port I get results. I would like results for both.

Hello

Unfortunately I can't log into your site to check this.

Check the comparison logic settings in this taxonomy - it should be OR - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20250428113314.png

I have still having the conflict with the other products? I don't understand why they are not showing up.

https://dengyousa.com/shop/ to see what I mean about the other products not showing up. When you click on any of those products nothing is found.

Specifically the filter is used here: https://dengyousa.com/antenna/if I disable the filter the other products show up?

Thank you for the taxonomy fixed the duel selections.

What do you need from me to check this?

Hello

I'm not sure I understood you correctly.

You don't have templates for displaying search results on your shop page or custom pages.

An example - https://dengyousa.com/antenna/  -  It's just a page with a filter and a set of boxes with images. Try using templates to display products

I'm using the product archive template. The only products I want to filtered search are the antennas based on the ports, gain, height, etc. That is why the search options are on the antenna page. If you look at the products page you will see the other products. example: Connectors - click that and there will be no products displayed.

Also if you are on the antenna page if you click the 2 port antenna (from the image) you won't get any results. If you use the filtered search and click 2 port you will get results.

If I turn off the Husky plugin all of the products will show up.

I don't know what happened but it used to work just great and all of the products showed up.

I can turn off the plugin so you can see what I talking about? Or do I have an incorrect setting that suppresses  the archive product template? Most of my product archive templates are built with Elementor Pro if that helps. Some I had to build myself because I couldn't get the results needed, antennas being one of them.

What's next?

Hello

OK!  https://dengyousa.com/antenna/ - This is not an archive page. It's just a custom page with a set of images. Our plugin is a product filter and it should work with product templates.

If you want to make a search page, please use the archive page with a filter widget. Or use shortcodes for filters with pre-filtering settings(taxonomies) -  https://products-filter.com/shortcode/woof  -  and shortcode for displaying products - [products] [woof_products]

For the antenna page I am using a filter widget and shortcode. (Then antenna page with images has links to the sub-categories(2port, 8port, etc) in case the user just wants to see 2ports they do not need to use the filtered search).

The filter works for the antenna page just fine. Except if the user clicks on 2ports they don't get any results)-the plug in forces them to use the filtered search to render results for 2port (2 port used as example for explanation purposes)

This is the problem:
-If I have the Husky plugin activated my other products do not show up. For example- Connectors https://dengyousa.com/product-category/connectors/, Filters, Accessories. These do not show up. I get a page that says sorry we couldn't find what you are looking for.
-When I deactivate the Husky plugin all of my products have results including the antennas (linked by the image) except now I've lost my filtered search.

So, I think it's an issue with the plugin. Maybe a setting I have to turn on or off or something like that? I've been using the filter for over a year and it's worked just fine without suppressing the other products then in the past few months I get this. Would you like me to deactivate the plugin so you can see what I'm talking about?

Hello

I got you
