Hi,

When trying to save any changes in the Husky control panel, it keeps hanging on the"saving changes" popup. Nothing gets saved. I've tried deactivating all other plugins, changing themes etc. but nothing seems to work. The plugin used to work fine, but suddenly it just stopped saving.

I use version v3.3.6.6. on a WooCommerce version v9.8.2

Kind regards,

Jan

Hello

https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20250425112334.png - It looks like some server setting or third-party plugin is disabling the save operation for security reasons

to investigate this reason I need FTP Access - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134241.png ->https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134615.png

Hi Pablo,

I added the SFTP credentials as requested. Thanks.

Our developer checked this and unfortunately it does not depend on our plugin.

Have you made any special security settings on the hosting?

Is it possible to disable plugins and theme for testing?

Hi Pablo,

There are no specific security settings changed. Also, the plugin worked fine and suddenly stopped. I already tried to disable alle plugins except woocommerce, changed themes etc. I can check again of course.

I checked everything again. Disabled all plugins, even switched to default theme, but no go. Also, in the debug monitor you installed, I can see a clear error when opening the plugin settings and saving in the database. It seems that the plugin is trying to write something to the database to a table that does not exist.

Hello

This error is not the cause of this behavior, it is a consequence.

As I wrote earlier, for some reason the ajax request to save is rejected for security reasons

Hi Pablo,

I wouldn't know, I just saw the error. But thanks for explaining. Nothing changed with my host or anything. I will open a ticket with them to investigate. I'll let you know.

Hello

Yes, but something affected it. I can assume that it was in the settings of your site because we have not encountered a similar error with other users.

When you get a response from support, write to me, if they have no ideas, I will try to do tests again

Hi Pablo,

The hosting service responded that it was due to their SQL injection protection. They turned it off and now the plugin works again.

oK! Great!
