Dear Husky Support Team,

I had been using the free version of your plugin (Husky – WooCommerce Product Filter) and it was working correctly, but the filtering performance was very slow when using the "Auto Recount" feature.

After reading that the PRO version improves performance, I decided to purchase the plugin hoping it would solve the speed issue. (this is my purchase code: PRIVATE DATA!    -     19 de junio de 2025)

Unfortunately, even with the PRO version installed and correctly configured, the filtering is still extremely slow (7–10 seconds). We've followed all instructions from your documentation, including:

  • Enabling performance-related settings

  • Caching counts with transients

  • Optimizing server resources and database

  • Disabling other plugins and running minimal tests

Despite all of this, there has been no noticeable improvement in performance compared to the free version.

I kindly ask:

  1. If there is a working solution or specific configuration to resolve this issue, please provide detailed guidance.

  2. If not, I would like to request a refund, as the main reason for purchasing the PRO version was the promised performance improvement — which has not been achieved.

Hello. I don't have any more screenshots. I don't know where I read that, but I thought it made sense since it said the premium version performed queries much faster. I seem to remember this was achieved by indexing a table with search results or something similar. Obviously, I didn't need to spend $50 to get no improvement, especially since I already had the free version installed, which gives the same results as the premium version.

We have never claimed anywhere that the paid version works faster. And the main idea of ​​a free version is to give the user the opportunity to decide whether the plugin is right for him.

What you wrote is not true and looks like an accusation that we force users to buy our plugin to increase productivity. We indicate everywhere that the user should test the free plugin and only then make a purchase.
