Hi,

 

WordPress support team asked me to reach out to you regarding a Husky bug/inadaptability with the WooPayments automatic multi-currency switcher on my website (www.tissu.tn).

When I filter products or make a search, the currency and price format on my products gets messed up. Kindly see the video attached for an example:

Hello there,

Thanks for reaching out in live chat earlier with your questions about the multicurrency functionality in WooPayments, and the issues it's causing with the HUSKY - Products Filter Professional for WooCommerce extension.

I've now tested this and you can compare between the core functionality and the functionality of this third party plugin on your staging site.

Note that the issues don't occur in the core functionality. You'll want to contact the developer of this extension so they can address this issue. Based on my research during our conversation. I believe they may be running into a similar issue as this one depending on how they are fetching the prices for the products -  https://github.com/Automattic/woocommerce-payments/issues/6024

From that issue:

The problem is that StoreAPI gets the prices directly from the DB and there is no point to hook to do a currency conversion, which results in showing prices on the price filter block in the store currency

If this third party extension is fetching prices via the StoreAPI, this could be the cause of the issue.

I checked your invitation and it worked. I gave this to the developer and it no longer works.

The developer changed the code, but did not have access to the settings.
