So if I go onto FriskySecrets.com and type in anything, for example lingerie, then try to filter using any of the categories or colors, the screen displays 0 products even though on the filter it will give a number of results that should display.

no! The problem is that you don't have any products in the current category that have that color attribute. an example: you don't have a "Role play" product which is black and you don't have a "Role play" product which is green and so on (with all colors)
