Once a customer uses HUSKY filter, all products disappear. The portion of the page that normally would display the products either goes white or is completely removed. The plug-in is updated to version 1.3.2

Hello

Please  drop me  exact  link to the  issue

https://friskysecrets.com/product-category/lingerie/lingerie-sexy-apparel-role-play/?swoof=1&pa_color=black&really_curr_tax=805-product_cat

Hello

Please try  in Advanced->Options - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230505142449.png - and  do a test

This didn't change anything. I do still have it disabled, should I keep it that way?

What's another solution?

Hello

Perhaps you do not have such colors in the current category

Please  check  options - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230515124954.png

I switched Dynamic Count to Yes. This still did not change anything. So if I go onto FriskySecrets.com and type in anything, for example lingerie, then try to filter using any of the categories or colors, the screen displays 0 products even though on the filter it will give a number of results that should display.

Hello

This still did not change anything.  - I see what has changed  - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230516120835.png - Now the counters show the correct values on the current page

That's right, as I wrote before, products from this category do not have such attributes - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230516121044.png

Okay yes I see how that has changed. This issue I'm proposing isn't that the #s were displaying wrong. The issue I'm having is that once I filter any word all products disappear regardless of $, color, category, etc.

Hello

no! The problem is that you don't have any products in the current category that have that color attribute.  an example:  you don't have a"Role play" product which is black and you don't have a"Role play" product which is green and so on (with all colors)

Now I'm not seeing any issues. Thank you Pablo for helping guide me through how to adjust the settings!

Hello

Welcome;)
