Good day!

I've been using the Woof Filter for a long time, and now I'd like to use it directly on our homepage. Unfortunately, it's not working correctly. When I click on a filter option, I leave the homepage and am redirected to the corresponding archive.

In the WooCommerce settings, under"Products," I can select the Shop page. If I choose the page that I'm using for the homepage, the filter works, but the Elementor layout I'm using is broken.

Is there a way to use the filter on the homepage without breaking the Elementor template and without being redirected to the archive when clicking on a filter option?

Thank you very much for any help.

Hello

Please drop me exact link to the issue

Hi!

Thanks for help!

Hello

Please update the plugin to latest version - https://products-filter.com/how-to-make-auto-update-for-wordpress-plugins-and-themes-bought-on-envato

Check  option - Advanced->Option - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20240820115530.png  and  https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20240820115616.png

and do a test

Hi,

i did so. When i klick i stay on page - but the filteroptions doesn´t work yet.

It looks like this is a conflict with your permalink settings.

Hello,

First of all, thank you for your effort and feedback.

I shared a PNG with you in the private window, where you can see our permalink settings. I suspect these are the default settings.

As a test, I deactivated all plugins except for the necessary ones. The problem remains the same, so it doesn't seem to be caused by other plugins.

It would be a pity if I couldn't run the filter on the homepage. Do you have any other ideas?

I am grateful for any help.

done

Hello

Unfortunately I can't find the reason.

It seems to be related to the rewrite rules.

It might help to assign the main page as a shop page

Pablo thank you so much for your time and your help.

I now have a starting point for further steps.

THANKS  :)

Welcome;)
