the code on the instructions does not work -  I had to get code from a youtube video for it to work.

thank you - I did pay for the plugin but I cannot find the license key - I downloaded the file with the link given - it is not clear where this license would be.

to be specific the front end builder is not appearing - I suspect that the system thinks I have the free plugin even though I paid for and have a code - there is no place to put in a license and I uploaded the code I received via the download but none of the features I need are working.

You need to add the license key here on the support forum - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134241.png -> https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134511.png - this does not need to be added to the plugin

And  check  your wp-admin access - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20231017134650.png
