HTTP 499 and HTTP 502 on category pages with WOOF active

On pages where WOOF is active, we are seeing extremely long load times which often result in either the server closing the connection due to timeout(HTTP 502) or NGINX throwing HTTP499.

After deactivating the WOOF plugin, the pages run fine. This happens both on server, and in local development.

No errors are being logged by the server.

Activating caching in the WOOF settings seems to fix the issue. Turbo Mode helps as well.
