How to remove uncategorized product category from the dropdown menu

Under the"Shop By Category" dropdown, I don't want the"Uncategorized" term to show in the dropdown list. I only want actual categories to be shown. How do I remove the"Uncategorized" term from this list?

Hi, I have tried adding"Uncategorized" to that same place multiple times and it doesn't work. I've cleared my cache multiple times and the Uncategorized is still showing in the dropdown. Do you have any other fixes for this? I've added it with the uppercase U, the lowercase u, and even with the quotation marks around it. But nothing is working. Is there anything else you can share that will remove the Uncategorized from the dropdown list here: https://www.jbinspireddesigns.com/test-product-filter/
