It is just meta as I undertood, so you can for example by bulk set 0 or -1 and in place where you show it to your customer set in PHP conditions like next example:

if(!$price){

echo 'Out of stock';

}else{

echo $price;

One trick:

1. set meta value type as string https://c2n.me/492u8ak.png
2. find products string as 5.6 https://c2n.me/492ubrO.png
3. in Bulk tab set space and select new https://clip2net.com/s/492ui6t

All cells will be empty

$deleted = delete_metadata( 'product', '', $meta_key, '', true );
