I'm using Toolset plugin to create custom posts and custom fields and custom taxonomies. I can manage most of the custom fields with WOLF, but it seems checkboxes fields and image gallery fields(multiple image field) isn't working. I've tried Checkbox and Array.

The first link goes to a 404 page, the 2nd is for"WooCommerce Active Products Tables". My issue is with WOLF plugin. I have custom checkboxes fields and image fields that are not being displayed correctly in the WOLF

Yes! But the way to display this meta data is not standard. Third-party functionality processes this data according to its own logic. And you should make a custom column that will also work according to this logic

And I guess I see how to create a nw column, but I have no idea how I would then get the existing meta fields to populate that column.
Unfortunately it appears this plugin is not going to work for my needs of being able to edit custom fields for checkboxes and image galleries. As such, I would like to request a refund. I believe this should be honored based on your refund policy point 4"product not-as-described". While it can handle some custom fields, it cannot handle these ones. Thank you.

I'm not agree with you
Some third-party plugin creates meta fields and processes data according to its own logic. Custom fields store only a string/number, only the third-party plugin knows how to work with this string. It is impossible to create the plugin that will repeat the functionality of all third-party plugins. You might as well request the refund from the author of the third party plugin because its meta fields don't work with tables.
And if you try to read the plugin documentation, you will find out how the meta fields work in my plugin. "product not-as-described"- this reason has nothing to do with this case.
It's like buying a car and a toaster. If you put a toaster in the kitchen, you can't make a sandwich in the car. You have to do some manipulations to connect the toaster in the car. And it's a little weird to ask for the refund because the car can't make the sandwich.
For these plugins to work, you need to do some customization. I have given links to the example above.
I diagree. The links you provided were not applicable and basically useless to assisting. They were not clear at all how to handle meta fields. I'm assuming your first language is not English and that's part of the problem, but either way, this plugin cannot do what it says it can"Bulk Editing of all WordPress posts fields, categories, tags, custom taxonomies and meta fields". If I have to write custom code to get your plugin to handle meta fields then it cannot handle meta fields as it says it can. Your documentation is either very poorly written or does not explain in detail how to handle meta fields.
A car and a toaster??? I have no idea how that analogy pertains to this issue. Writing custom code shuold never be a required part of a key function the plugin says it can do.

Perhaps I misunderstood you.
The plugin can work with meta fields, but it's a string or a number. And converting this string or number into a checkbox or image is the functionality of the third-party plugin.

I will add this for editing (as a numder or a string)
So if it requires a 3rd party plugin then it cannot actually do it. I would really like a refund. The WPBulky plugin can do this without any additional code or plugins and I am going to purchase that one instead.

So what does this mean? WOLF will not work with these? In Settings I added Pets Allowed to be visible to the site editor, then when I go to the Editor and click the Array button in that column I don't see the 3 options this field offers... this plugin just seems really confusing.
Also, did you add the WPide plugin to the site?

I can understand why the third party plugin does this (there is logic in this): Pets Allowed - stores an array of keys on the product side. Using these keys, the third-party plugin finds a human-readable title: Yes,No, Ask (this is already stored on the side of the plugin). But unfortunately, in fact, these human-unreadable keys are stored on the product side.
