How to just update products without any changes?

I am trying to update our +1200 products, without doing any changes to them.
I am doing this because I have to update the products so they can syncronize with some economic program integrations.
Is it possible to just mass/bulk update the products without doing any changes to them?
In WooCommerce it is possible, but it takes ages as I am only limited to 10 items per page...
Ok, so I proceeded the old school way, took me less than 2 hours, but damn... your response time is damn to high...
I don't think your plugin is too convenient if it can't do this simple task.
