How to formulate filters based on categories?

I need two sets of filters to be placed on different pages. For example, place filters classified by brand on the pages of product categories such as shoulder bags, backpacks, and handbags. Filter by functional categories such as shoulder bags and backpacks on the brand's page. How to set it up?
How to make the options in the filter take effect on every page? The classification in my current filter only takes effect on the products on this page. If the product is not on the page, the product selected by the filter will not be displayed or cannot point to the content page selected by the filter. How to set it up?

OR
1) In category pages use shortcode - [woof_products] with attribute : taxonomies=product_cat:X Where X id your product category. ( if you use custom page )
2) In widgets use shortcode [woof] with attribute : * taxonomies=product_cat:X

tax_only - write taxonomies or products slug using comma

by_only - write any by-filter-elements there using comma: by_text,by_price,by_sku,by_author,by_insales,by_instock. Of course firstly user should enable extensions for that by-filter-elements
*- Do not forget set the same condition in [woof_products]

I know what you mean. You mean I can set an menu instead of filter if I need to go to another page. But you see"https://kik99.com/category/chanel", on this site left, they set the filter, you can click any category to go to which page you want. Even though the category products are not on the current page. And I donnot think it is a menu, isn't it? I just want to like their filter to set any page I can go when I click the filter's category. Can I?
