How to avoid ajax call in case of : server cache enabled + the main currency is set

Hello,

I understand that you make an ajax call in case of server cache.

But when the main currency is set it is not necessary. For exemple : the prices in my website are set in euro. And the user didn't change the currency displayed. Why make an ajax call on each page load ? If he change ok. But not if he doesn't. The plugin make my website crash despite the server cache when I have a lot people in same time.
