How to add the Extra custom Column

This is Rafi. Just now i Purchase the product from codecanyon.net i was use a Admin column pro fro my site product editing purpose. After i switch this plugin. Actually my Question is coming from my previous plugin usage
I can able to add a Custom column. like bellow screenshot
using this custom column I can able to tell our staff to remain the Next updates or correction like below
Also how to get the Column which is already available meta data like below I can get the Author But i need to get the Last modified Author also
