how to add another variation to an existing product

thanks for your amazing plugin. you have saved me hours of work.
i have looked through the videos and i cannot seem to find the quickest way to add another variation to a product.
for example, i have shoes in size 37, 38, 39. i want to add another size 40. i tried to do it by selecting an existing variation, then going to bulk variation manager. threre i created the new attribute. when i do this, it created the new variation, but it doesnt copy the information form the main product, like for example the image, price, description, title, etc. i have to manually put everything in.
is there no way to duplicate a variation and then just change the size?

Unfortunately, the plugin does not have such a feature.
example the image, price, description, title, etc. - You only need to set a price. The remaining fields are automatically taken from the parent product.
