How can I add location fields into the WOOF plugin?

Hi,

 

I have to create a research option with filters in a sidebar in a e-shop made on Woocommerce.

I installed and activated the Free WOOF plugin, which seems to help me doing this.

 

How can I add location fields please? :

-region (a list with all regions of France)

-departments (French counties)
