Hello.

We want to migrate a Prestashop auto parts store to Woocommerce and we need a responsive product filter like this:

The filter should be on HOMEPAGE.

Do you have any plugins that can implement this feature that you can see in Prestashop store (http://magazin.motorbikers.ro/1772/) to Woocommerce?

yes you can make a filter with similar functionality - https://demo.products-filter.com/working-with-hierarchy-drop-down

But to make it look like in your screenshot, you will need custom CSS
