Hello Pablo,

I have just noticed that, when a user tries to use the Hierarchy Dropdown filter to filter out products that it doesn't return to Shop page. Rather it just return a blank page. Also, the hierarchy drop-down does not function with a better guide to let the user/customer know if his/her selection is what is being displayed. The screenshot below explains better:

It looks like a conflict with a third-party plugin.

Drop me  wp-admin+FTP I will  check  it

Can I deactivate  plugins/theme  to test?
