I have just bought your premium version and require a simple hierarchy filter but your product doesn't seem to work.
I have two global product attributes, manufacturer and model.
Example
Manufacturer   Model
Epson              ABC
3M                   DEF
Epson              GHI
Epson              JKL
3M                   H-123
Sony                JH-987
For the above the top dropdown should show Epsom (3), 3M (2), Sony(1).
The top dropdown is correct.
The bottom dropdown always shows all models. So it would show all 6 models no matter which manufacturer you select.

Second filter is not correct. It shows all models.

hierarchy drop-down - this only works with hierarchical taxonomy. Attributes have no hierarchy

I've sent you a reply by email as your forum software won't allow me to paste or upload images.

I've set up a hierarchical taxonomy but your product has numerous problems and doesn't work properly.

If these aren't fixable quickly and easily then I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask for a refund as this is too much hassle for a simple two dropdown filter.

Your documentation is dreadful by the way, you need to write it properly.

I'm currently running it on my own pc under xampp. I've sent you an email with detailed screen shots. I can't spend much more time on this so you could please try and respond to the email today.
